I once heard Doug Fields talk about the consequences of over-committing in youth ministry. He used a graphic photograph of a train-wreck…bent metal, smoke, fire…it seemed a pretty fitting description of a lot of minsters’ lives.

This article from Lifehack provides some practical advice on how to make sure that you don’t over-commit. I would call this a must-read.
